Developed to reduce noise pollution produced by construction sites, bars, restaurants or any other noisy place, this noise barrier offers noise protection capable of effectively attenuating the noise of 17 db (Rw 17 db certificate). For some sound sources, noise attenuation can even reach up to 25 db. This tarpaulin acts as a real acoustic insulation panel.
The acoustic cover
Designed with real sound insulation materials, this tarpaulin is an easy noise reducer to set up. High quality, its outer side is PVC and its inner side is polyester. Very resistant, it consists of a tri-layer sandwich mattress PVC-fiber-glass fabric. Made in France, this black tarpaulin is designed with a peripheral hem and eyelets every 60 cm for optimal attachment. It offers a lifetime of more than 10 years.
In addition, the large format we offer (3550 x 2000 m) represents 80% of the market in France and neighboring countries. This is the format chosen by HERAS Europe. This tarpaulin is therefore ideal for HERAS construction site protection barriers.
This noise protection cover is completely custom-made. It is available in all sizes you want and it is also available in fireproof M1 (fire rating M1). You can use it inside buildings receiving public (acoustic certificate and fire tests).
